Return & Refund Policy

At qahla, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product meets all of the following conditions:

  • Return request is raised within 2 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

  • Product has no stains, damage, alterations, or signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Please note that Made to Order/Custom embroidery items cannot be returned, as the sizes/designs are custom stitched for each order.

For items bought during a sale/offer:

  • Orders placed under bundle or promotional offers (such as Buy 2 Get 1) are not eligible for partial returns. If you wish to return your order, all items included in the bundle must be returned together. Upon receipt of all items in their original condition, a full refund will be processed.
  • Orders placed under bundle or promotional offers (such as Buy 2 Get 1) are eligible for like-for-like exchanges only. This means you may exchange an item for a different size or color of the same product, if the product is available. Exchanges for different products or higher priced items are not permitted on bundle orders. The free item included in the bundle is not eligible for an exchange.
  • Refunds on discounted items will be processed at the original price paid at the time of purchase. Any subsequent change in the product's retail price will not affect the refund amount. For example, if an item was purchased at a discounted price of Rs. 999, the refund will be issued for Rs. 999 regardless of the current listed price.

Return Timeframe

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@qahla.com within 2 days of receiving your order, with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear video

Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Return Charges

There will be additional shipping costs for the return(Rs 85-Rs 90), according to the standard delivery partner shipping rates(for all orders placed after 20th May 2026). These will be conveyed to you via email alongwith the payment link.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered

Cancellation of orders

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are processed and dispatched promptly, and we are unable to make any changes or cancellations after the order has been confirmed. If you wish to return an item, you may raise a return request only after the order has been successfully delivered to you.
